CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT?

• If you'd like to return your made to order goods, we issue a store credit only (no refunds). If you wish to return your made-to-order goods please email us at info@studioaldorossi.com

• Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsable for shipping costs
• We strongly recommend that you review your size before placing your order
• You can return your product within 7 days of delivery

CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT OR AN ITEM ON THE SALE PAGE?

• Customized goods that have been made to your specifications (size, styling, cut detailing, type  of leather) cannot be returned or exchanged. Items on the "SALE" page are final.
