CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGNED BAG?

  • It depends. We can customize any of the bags you see on the site as to type of leather, color of leather/stitching, hardware... We are happy to discuss your options as you consider your final choice.

WHERE IS THE LEATHER FROM?

  • The leather in all of our items is sourced from many different tanneries in many countries. We choose the leather which most corresponds to the final use and feel of each item.. In general though the bridle leather is from England. The leather for the bags, wallets and boxes is from France and Italy and Chicago. The suede is from here in the US...

WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?

  • As much as possible we use vegetable tanned, humanely-sourced leather

CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF THE LEATHER FOR MY BAG?

  • We are happy to send you a sample of the final choices you've made for your bag - an item of the hardware you selected will be stitched in the thread you chose to a cut of your leather so you have a good idea of the final look of your bag.. CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT?

  • If you'd like to return your Made-to-Order goods, we issue store credit only (no refunds). If you wish to return your goods for store credit, please email us at info@studioaldorossicom. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you review your size before placing your order

CAN I EXCHANGE MY CUSTOM MADE GOODS OR AN ITEM ON THE SALE PAGE?

  • Customized products that have been built to your specifications (size, style, cut, detailing, type of leather) cannot be returned or exchanged. Items on the sale page are final.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY BELT SIZE?

  • The only sure way to determine belt size is to measure from the tip of the belt (where the prong hits the buckle) to the hole you actually use. The length you give us will be the length of the belt we make for you to the middle hole of seven holes.. In the words your belt will have three inches of holes to either side of the length you provide.
  • A general rule of thumb regarding belt sizes is that a man's belt size will be 2" longer than his pant size and a woman's belt size will be 4-6" larger than her belt size
    • if a man wears a size 34 pant his belt size will be a 36
    • if a woman wears a size 30 pant her belt size will be 34-36
    • THIS IS NOT VERY PRECISE AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND MEASURING A CURRENT BELT OVER THIS TECHNIQUE
