CUSTOMER SERVICE

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
  • All of our products are made-to-order, and the current lead time for the smaller items is between 2- 3 weeks and between 4-6 weeks for the bags. Once the goods are crafted, they’ll be prepared for shipping accordingly. 
  • We mostly work with USPS and DHL Express for our domestic and international orders.
  • Domestic shipments:
    • Items shipped within the US will be sent via PRIORITY MAIL and have tracking info which we will pass along to you.
    • As a general rule we require a signature upon delivery unless you specifically ask us not to require it (as a note on the payments page)
  •   International Shipments:
    • Please provide us your phone number for Custom purposes.
    • DHL Express: Tracking number and insurance are included in this service. The delivery time frame is between 3-5 business days, depending on Customs clearance of your home country. 
    • Express Mail: If you selected this shipping method, there will be tracking number and insurance. The delivery time frame is between 3-10 days, depending on custom clearance of your home country.
    • First Class International: If you selected this shipping method, there will be no tracking number or insurance. The delivery time frame is between 5-20 days, depending on custom clearance of your home country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Items may be returned to ALDO ROSSI for a store credit within 7 days of receipt (no refunds).

WARRANTY

  • We have a limited 1 year warranty on all of our products. If, within the one year from date of receipt, a thread should unravel or break or if there is any degradation of you item beyond what is expected from daily use please send us photos of the item so we can take a look and provide you with further information. We will restitch an item free of charge. Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees involved.
  • Warranty will be immediately voided if there is an attempt to fix any issue by anyone other than ALDO ROSSI.
